Key RSA Executive Joins NTRU

Jim Kotanchik Joins as Vice President of Engineering

Boston, MA -- January 19, 2000 -- NTRU Cryptosystems, Inc. today announced the appointment of Jim Kotanchik as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining NTRU, Mr. Kotanchik was Vice President of Engineering at RSA Security (Nasdaq:RSAS), formerly Security Dynamics.
